David has over 35 years of professional environmental engineering consulting experience. Project experience includes working with the EPA and/or NYSDEC to evaluate, design and monitor a broad range of environmental issues for industrial clients. Specific issues involved metal fabrications, phenol contamination and chlorinated organic contamination.

Kathy has over 25 years of analytical, field and quality assurance experience including RCRA, Part 360, SPDES, NPDES and ASP/CLP projects. She also has experience in various matrices including wastewater, hazardous waste, groundwater, soils, etc. and extensive experience in sampling and analytical protocols and procedures.
